Blocked pavement

Resident of no.23 always parks his car fully on pavement and refuses to park on road when asked. pedestrians have to use road to get round his car.

still parking fully on pavement when home. washing and hoovering out car at present so pavement soapy. not had any follow up to first complaint.

getting fed up of being ignored now and wonder if we all parked our cars like this what the response would be then !!!!

far from fixed -still think they own the pavement and are continuing to park even when asked to move the vehicle off the pavement.
