Haselbury Avenue Potholes & Frayed Edges on all road humps leading to tyre damage

There are numerous potholes all along the length of Haselbury Road starting from the junction with Church Lane. The road humps / cushions are also frayed with deep gouges at the edges which are causing tyre damage. This has been the case since last November but no repairs have been made by the local council.
