I just recently had to assist an elderly lady, after she had fallen and hit her head, due to uneven and cracked pavements. In addition, Crawford gardens has a big bend in the middle of the road. The road continues and links into Farndale avenue like a D shape, if it weren't for the street names you would think its one road. Two years ago, both these roads looked a complete mess ! And were of an unacceptable condition. Recently Farndale avenue has been resurfaced but NOT Crawford gardens, the actual road that is of a worse condition ! I really believe that both these road should have been resurfaced, EPESCIALLY Crawford Gardens. ( pot holes cracks, looks like it has stay the same since the 70's ) My main concern, is the safety of the road, due to the road surface wearing out, the road surface sign's, that order drivers to slow down on such a sharp and narrow bend is worn out, thus decreasing the safety of the road ! As a resident of Crawford Gardens, I am asking Enfield Council to seriously consider road improvements on Crawford Gardens, that should have been done alongside the Farndale avenue improvements.
