Appaling state

This street was apparently redone 5 years ago, however, it already needs to be redone. The lack of trees, the excessive street parking which is never used, the litter everywhere, the flooding when it rains, the width of the street for a one way street with a narrow pavement.. many problems here. Would the council consider redoing this? I know there have already been a lot of complaints to the council in the past but nothing has been done..

The council has contacted me about this issue, however, after several emails, fail to understand that the issue does in fact concern a street run by the council, rather than TFL. This was clarified, but the problem remains.
