Blocked Surface Water Gully

There is a Blocked Surface Water Gully (Gutter Drain) opposite Number 238 Windsor Lane Burnham. This is silted up to road level, resulting in the water building up at the next drain down the road.

It is now over 10 weeks since I reported this and it is STILL Blocked (weeds now growing out of it). SBC Has done NOTHING, Most Drains in Windsor Lane, Hogfair Lane and the Top of Burham High Street have been Blocked for Months with SBC taking NO Action whatsoever. Waste of time reporting ANYTHING.
