There are people currently tipping rubbish out of an alley way as indicated on my map.Filling the black plastic bags bull of rubbish and leaving in norbury road...They think that this is acceptable and don't need to use the proper procedure.You need to be QUICK to catch these people.Your privacy policy is deficient and you can trace my e mail address.I can see why people don't report these matters.

I have not been at home recently so cannot check on progress.I assume the problem has received the necessary action.Dumping of rubbish in this area has become a major worry in the last 10-15 years in my opinion.The council privacy policy does not provide sufficient protection in my view and i may not report further.Thanks for the actions to date.
