Sent to Brent Borough Council less than a minute later

Waste car engine oil dumped by the tree next to number 66. the culprit is a member of the family living at 43 cedar rd, but he sometimes lives elsewhere. he regualarly repairs vehicles next to number 47 cedar & you can see some of the waste oil on the road actually by 47 cedar rd
