Hi. An ice cream van, reg. no. V491 EWP is appearing on this new estate every day. And I mean, every day. He plays his tune super loud for 15-20 secs a go. I understand he should be limited to 4 secs? I say this because from entering the estate until leaving it, we are disturbed for 20 minutes. He plays it on and on and on, sitting parked with it on also. For one individual to chase cash income every day in this way, at the expense of hundreds of people who live here is wrong. I often sleep mid afternoon or evening and this is not possible any more. I'd like you to take action against this "tradesman". Thanks.
