Dangerous metal fence

There is metal railing type of fence only 1 metre high which the offices have just installed which anyone could fall on and impale themslves as it has very sharp spikes on the top

someone has already fallen on this when they came out of the bookies on the corner and were drunk.luckily when the chap fell he just impaled his arm

typical labour council response. tow away vehicles, dig up roads,but ignore council tax citizens
