2 Issues: Someone is dumping their dog poo bags in my rubbish area (at 21 Langton st)also someone is not cleaning up thir dog mess from the pavement in this grid of streets (Limerston to Langton from East to west, and Lamont to Gertrude from south to north)Despite notices indicating £1000 fine there is a persistent offender, with a large dog by the looks of it. It would help both problems if there were some bins to put the dog poo bags on the streets, but there are none and this is probably why I get dog poo bags in my coalstore area where my bins are kept. This is a health hazard for my children.I am not the only one to have this problem, I see some houses have had to put notices up on their railings. I think some bins on lamposts around the area for the purpose would solve the problem.
