Black Peugeot 206 Blocking Back Street

Quite often the residents of 12 Blenheim Street are parking their black peugeot 206 in the middle of the back street making it impossible to pass.

The car isn't there all the time but often enough to cause inconvenience.

There's plenty of room at the front of the property so I see no reason for the car to be there.
