Overflow of toilet cistem

The flat at 29 Hillside Hse has a constant dripping of the overflow pipe on the outside of the property. Have reported this problem back in march but seems that tenants are never in for the coucil to fix this. Suggest you contact the occupiers to arrange urgent visit as wall outside now green with damp. this is only going to get worse, especially for the council who will have to pay (sorry, the council tax payers of Croydon)with the damp coming through the walls. This needs attention and the tenant should make him/her self available for the work to be done ASAP.If this email doesn't work will contact John Rousse the chief executive on his personal email to get a result.
