Car parked illegally on disabled bay

The new occupants of 2 Tame Rise Oldbury are parking their cars on the disabled bay on Tame Rise, Oldbury, West Midlands. This bay was originally for the use of the previous elderly tenant of 2 Tame Rise but once the new owner moved in they are using it as their own personal parking bay and get very aggressive to anyone who parks near to the disabled bay or questions if they can legally use this space. Neither cars display a blue badge and they are parking their every day but mostly on the evening after 5pm and every weekend making it impossible for other residents with Blue Badges to park legally in the bay.

Hi, I am a blue badge holder and I have looked at the location via Google Maps. It would appear that the bay is not legally marked and as there is no signpost it would not be enforcable. Perhaps morally the new tenants are being ignorant of disabled persons` needs but legally no action could be taken against a non-blue badge person using it.
Ask for a proper bay of your own that is to the correct legal spec.
Good Luck.
