Litter All Down street

There is a huge amount of debris on the street. The council send a sweeper down the street but this only does the side without cars parked on it - we need a litter picker that we pay for in our council tax to come and clean up!!! Also there is vegetation that needs weed killer as it's starting to infringe on the pavement and will cause an accident.
