Cover plate off

Sent to Aberdeen City Council less than a minute later

The cover plate on the streetlight outside the offices of Ipedex UK Ltd (it was secured with insulation tape!)is falling off, exposing cables etc.

Someone put a bit of sticky tape on it; evidently it wasn't sticky enough because the cover plate is off and now hanging by the earth cable.
