No bins

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 17:58, Wed 19 May 2010
Sent to Newcastle upon Tyne City Council 2 minutes later

There are no bins of any type, including dog waste bins, along this whole length of path running parallel to Brunton Lane. Frequently (as is currently the case) the is dog mess left in Asda bags and the like, just dumped on the grass or thrown in the hedge. There needs to be at least one litter bin and one dog bin here! There isn't a single bin in Warkworth Woods bar in the children's play area.

Received a response from Newcastle City Council that the Neighbourhood Response Manager has had the issue passed to him (this was on 20th May) but heard nothing since.

Got a reference number from Envirocall some weeks ago, saying that the query was being dealt with by the Neighbourhood Response Manager. Nothing's happened yet though.
