Could you please cut this down

The tree has broken the pavement up outside No. 20 Ings way east and a few people have fallen i am suprised nobody has complained to you it could be my mum next and she is eighty years young. So i am asking if you could cut this down like you have done this with the other trees in the road. Hope this can be done before someone has a serious fall.If this is the wrong site could you advise me on this and i will act accordingly.
