Disgusting mess

This area of the street outside the old shop is always disgusting. I have seen the owners who live above the shop let their dog out and foul onthe pavement several times. There is always litter on the pavement too. I think they must be clearing out the old shop. But it is always a mess. Last week a whole jar of smashed sweets was all over the pavement. I saw the poor street cleaner clearing it all up but it really isn't fair on him! Also, the cafe on the corner uses the public bin and fills it with catering sized baked bean cans and milk cartons, so the bin is always overflowing and unsightly.
