I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT A TREE, RIGHT AT THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE (BARCLAY House) the roots of this tree may cause damage to house, as they have already damaged wall.

Is it possible for you to remove this tree ?

No. This land does not belong to the owners of Barclay House, the Coucil did put a gate across the entrance. But this tree is a problem, and would be grateful if something could be done about it, as it would have to done expertly because of the proximity to the house.
