Dangerous parking

Can something be done about the dangerous and inconsiderate parking on Johnston Street. Double parking is a constant problem, desptite the resrictions. It is dangerous and illegal.

The problem remains the same. It was chaos theother day with everything just gridlocked. The main problem occurs outside the echemist where vehicles park constantly throughout the day.
