Left rubbish

Behind houses 108 to 112 Revidge Road, Blackburn, there are a number of piles of rubbish. The local children in the area are going through this rubbish and scattering it around the area. On Saturday morning 13-5-10 I woke to find that my wall at the side of the house had been 'tagged' with silver spary paint and i believe that this was done by a spray can found either in this rubbish or the empty house at 108 Revidge Road. If you could please address the refuse situation I would be most grateful.
