Sick of death people throwing rubbish in my garden

Hi i would like to make a report about people using my front garden at the side using it has a rubbish tip iam sick to death of people dumping there rubbish and then i have to go out and clean other peoples mess just because these tramps can't be bothered takeing there rubbish home. up to now i have found a childs car seat, motorbike tyre, cans,binbags,and everything else that people want to throw. this is becomeing a major consirn and a heath and saftey issue to myself and my family and something needs to be done ASAP. now because i live on a corner house and people are using the side of the house to dump there [rubbish] iam unable to catch these tramps that are doing it but its mainly bin bags full of rubbish and takeaway food cartons. thank you
