Sent to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council less than a minute later

This area is not only a complete eyesore but is being used for tipping waste eg a sofa. Children can get into the area which is not a sfae envirnment for them to play in. Even if it was temporarily tarmacked it would be better as children could play ball games there.
