Loose manhole cover

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Mrs. Janet Clark at 22:35, Mon 10 May 2010
Sent to Westminster City Council 5 minutes later

Directedly outside the basement flat of 75A Belgrave Road is a manhole cover which when anyone walks over it, it moves and creates a noise nuisance to the basement flat. The traffic of pedestrians walking past is all day and all night while they pull suitcases behind them. It is a main thoroughfair to hotels and Victoria Station.

I am surprised not to have heard anything regarding this manhole. I put my foot on it yesterday to check again and its crooked so rocks in the frame.

I have also contacted Westminster City Council and reported this. Incredible that this has not been seen to.

I've posted some problems repeatedly on here. Westminster ignores "Fix My Street". They couldn't give a sh** about residents. I'm going to the local government ombudsman. I suggets you do the same.
