Inadequate drainage

There is inadequate drainage on the pathway between Roman Road and Modling House (inside the Cranbrook Estate). This means that whenever it rains water on the footpath doesnt drain and is a hazard to cross (as well as ruining footwear). My postcode is E2 0RD and I would like to be conatcted if more details are needed and to confirm as a result of this alert what action will take place and when.
