Rubbish along footpath SS15

From the start of footpath SS15 at Collingwood road, through to Batts Copse, there is litter and rubbish dumped in the brook, including bottles, broken glass, cans, wrappers and three Somerfield baskets.

Someone from Highways Operational Support emailed me this morning to say the "area superintendent" is going to "inspect and arrange for clearance".

No further correspondence received from Highways operational Support to indicate timescales. I took a walk along the pathway yesterday and litter is still strewn all along the path and in the brook, with 1 remaining Somerfield basket.
