Road surface

The whole of meads rd and also Glkadstone avenue N22 has issues re surfacing and large holes developing due to the cold winter. Meads road has not been resurfaced in the 14 years I have lived there, all of the Noel Park estate has, which was in a better condition when resurfaced than Meads is now. Why is this?
