Scooters / car vandals / dog mess

There has been an increase in "kids" on their bikes or in cars speeding up and down our road. the bikes are the most noisy and irritating sound of all. ALSO recently there have been kids walking down the street smashing car mirrors and some windows and breaking aerials.

i am pleased the council has also put no fouling signs ont he pavements too for dog owners but im still seing crap in the middle of pavements. I would be more than happy to have sleeping policemen on the road or security cameras to deter all the problems
