Persistent Dog Fouling

Reported anonymously at 17:07, Fri 7 May 2010
Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 3 minutes later

Dog fouling as walkers go round Carlton Terrace, Victoria Road, Links Road and the Old Shoreham road.

Picture not supplied for obvious reasons.

What is the criteria to prevent the few dog walkers failing to clear their mess up. It spoils the area for the local pedestrians and gives the thoughtful dog owners that clear up their mess a bad name.

Some of the owners clear up their mess into a suitable bag then throw it into local residents gardens, not very nice.

Photgraph the offender/s?

It has been going on for years and it is not a pleasant task even for the council employees that do a good job keeping our area clean to have to clear this sort of rubbish up.
