Local Newspaper not being delivered

I have been living on Cranborne Waye for the last 9 years and have NEVER received a local newspaper (The Leader). The road next to mine i,e. Dorchester Waye receives the newspaper without fail every week. This newspaper would keep me and others on my road informed of local news/events etc. I feel that I am not across any of the local news and would like to have the newspaper delivered to our road too. I have contacted the newspaper on several occassion throughout the year and have been told that they can not deliver to my road. I find this unacceptable especially since I pay my council tax (as does everyone else on my road) and do not receive any local news. Please can you address this issue as a priority as I have had no luck with this so far.
