Parked cars

There is a serious problem with parked cars in chestnut road especailly at the junction opposite waterville drive which i though was illegal to park opposite a junction (not sure) There are more and more cars parked there is getting dangerous have even witnessed a lady of a certain silver 4x4 park daily and just walk off back up to vange high road so i presuming she dont even live on our estate. One day a kid is going to get knocked down and i really dont want that to be the one and only thing which will make someone do somthing about it. There are plenty of empty car park spaces on our estate for visitors and if they dont live here or are not visiting then they shouldnt be there anyway. This is a private estate its not a public carpak .Can we legally have no parking lines put on that particular part of the road ??????

Cars still park in the same bit of road its still dangerous and infact i nearly stacked my car last week. Whats needed is a warden to come round and slap out tickets.

Phoned the police who whatever they did achieved nothing so now in the process of finding out who in the council to contact other than that wait for another accident to happen
