Potholes/ Crumbling Scarring of roads

Sent to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council less than a minute later

The junction of st lawrence avenue with whinney lane, there is a few square meters of road that has been previously relaid that is crumbling and is terrible to drive over when pulling out from st lawrence
