Bulk Waste

I have spoken to the bulk waste department of the council several times with assurances they will arrange collection of a large broken microwave. This has been going on for more than 5 weeks with no returned call as promised three times. This is so frustrating as I now understand why repeatedly large items are dumped and not collected for weeks in our development. The system is not working

The council has contacted me re the flytipping I reported and have promised to collect it 'soon' (after 4 weeks).
