Dangerous pathway

I have had a complaint from the residents at 91 Someford Road about the stae of the footpath outside their property.The houses are set back and, in addition to the normal footpath, there is a pathway linking the fronts of the neighbouring houses. The pathway appears to be part of the public highway. It is tarmac and riddled with potholes. Many of the local residents are elderly, so this is an accident waiting to happen.
