“Unfit for Purpose” and Dangerous road surface

The state of the road surface is appalling

Completely worn surface, the complete lack of maintenance for several years resulting in dangerous uneven broken road surface and loose “chips”- stones

This is an extremely serious breach of the legal responsibility of the council.

This section of road requires to be resurfaced (not patched)
