2 sofa chairs dumped

14 arthur street tunstall their back yard has been used to dump two large sofa chairs, they have been there for a few months now and look a right mess. we are trying to sell our house next door, and dread anybody looking through the back bedroom window. their landlord ridded the yard a while back, now they have started to dump rubbish again. can I please get this problem solved.
