Continuing problem

Sent to Hyndburn Borough Council less than a minute later

I posted dog fouling notices and they have been taken down. The problem is no better. Outside no 56 and outside the school across the road, Further down the road. I have taken to walking in the road so as not to walk in it in the dark.
