Very large hole in road

There is a very large hole in the road that has been left in disrepair for many months. It is an accident waiting to happen as the hole appears to go a way under both the pavement and road. Please can it be fixed as soon as possible before there is a bad accident.

The problem was fixed but think it had been reported back in February.
