Mini-motorbikes AGAIN

Been quiet for some time now, but these mini-motos are back on the roads, all seem to be coming from the Mayoress' residence at 1 Church Row. What a fine example to give.

Just gets worse and worse, these bikes going on the roads, through the parks, and even worse considering they come from the Mayoress' residence
