Fence and hedge

The house indicated on this map has a very dangerous feence and hedge. I recently slipped on wet debris on tha corner and cut my arm on a broken bit of hedge. The ground level below the hedge and trees is littered and is liable to attract rats. Please either clean it up or get the owner to make the area safe before someone has a very serious accident.

The owners cleared a few of the large sapling trees that were growing out of the pavement. There now exists an even more dangerous area. Furthermore the dangerous fence and hedge is still in the same condition. Please inspect and photograph as this property boundry is VERY dangerous

I would like this to be sent to the council as the disgraceful state of the fenc and surrounding area is a disgrace. It si dangerous for pedestrians an an ideal area for vermin
