Regular flytipping

It would appear that residents of the nearby flats (and houses) use this spot (on the pavement by the entrance to the green) to dump their unwanted belongings/furniture/rubbish/ building & plumbing waste.

Most days (this has been going on for years now) there is something dumped there and often it spills across the pavement making it impossible for pedestrians to pass without moving on to the road.

The council should issue notices to the residents of the flats that it is illegal to flytip and like everyone else for them to phone the council to collect any rubbish if they want it removed BUT NOT TO DUMP IT ON THE STREET.
