Opposite rock street, off whalley rd, 20 yds from Bye road, blocked drain and subsidence of road repairs where rain collects outside 174 and each time a lorry goes past the front of house gets drenched in dirty water We are constantly cleaning house front and windows - this is not acceptable as we pay council tax to cover these repairs
