Dog Fouling

I work in Water Street and walk down this road every morning and every morning a dog has fouled this street and Brunswick Street. We have put it down to people who live in flats with dogs . Of a night they must let the dogs out and let them foul the street. It is digusting and not a good sight for tourists who go this way from the Pier Head.
