Overgrown tree

An overgrown tree in the alley that runs alongside Hillview cemetary is completely blocking access to my and my neighbours back gardens. The tree is overrun with ivy and leaning over dangerously.

In the 44 weeks that have passed since posting here nothing has been done. I even emailed the councillers as suggested but didnt even get a single reply.
