There's a public access alleyway on the right-hand side of John's Terrace, just off Cross Road, East Croydon that has been filled with a mixture of household and garden rubbish, some of which is quite hazardous. The alleyway is now inaccessible, please can we get this reported and removed. Thank you for your help.
