Horselydown old stairs

Reported by Michael Place at 13:51, Mon 26 April 2010
Sent to Southwark Borough Council 4 minutes later

At 6.30pm on Saturday 24th April 2010 the public right of way over Horselydown Old Stairs was closed by a locked gate. This is disgraceful as the Council is well aware of the situation and has failed to enforce this public right of way - many times.

The council appears to have given up working. The gate was locked shut yesterday.

The gate was correctly open today,(21-8-10), but I don't trust the council so will report back again after checking for a few more weeks.
