Unfinished pavement in Perks Road, Ashmore Park

After most of the neighbouring pavements were resurfaced, a stretch of pavement on the corner of Perks Road has been left unfinished.
Manhole and utility covers have been left raised/exposed, along with loose rubble, barriers and cones littering the pavement.
There are elderly people living in this street and the immediate area and these multiple trip hazards are an accident waiting to happen.
The rest of the work was completed some time ago and yet this corner has been left in this state this for a couple of weeks now.
