Cycleway: regular minefields of broken glass, inadequate levels of cleaning

The Cowley Tesco's subway and its adjacent public cycle track are almost always strewn with broken glass around the barrier, within the subway and along the cycle track. Whatever the cause is, it needs far more regular cleanup than it's getting. Weekly or possibly daily is probably appropriate.
