Car parking is a nighmare

Hi the problem i have with parking on booth street liverpool L13. I visted my sister alot and iam haveing problems with parking because people are useing her street to park there cars and then shop around the old swan now there have been many of times i have drove into her street and its been that full of cars ive had to reverse down the street onto prescot road which is a very busy road which i see this has being a hazard also with her street being a deadend street people are using the end of the street by the brickwall acting like parking bays which that should not be aloud surely booth street should have resistant parking because everyone is using her street has a car park to shop around old swan and any one that vists booth street should display a vistor badge please can you look into this has resistant parking will solve this thank you.
