Parking issue on the waste land next to 112 Hillfoot Avenuve

The waste land next to 112 Hillfoot Avenue, is repeatedly parked on due to lack of parking spaces, this has the adverse consequence of the pavements being cracked, a better solution would be to re designated this ideal land to be set aside for additional parking spaces relieving some of the parking congestion of this vital and busy retail area, easing parking congestion additional for the residents that live within the area.

This is still a problem, taxi's parking on here, cars using this area to turn round.
